The pricing of duct cleaning in residential and commercial spaces is made and owned by My Duct Cleaner. We reserve all the right to make amendments in the quotations. Our costs may vary depending on the types of services you appoint. In residential duct cleaning, the price of our services depends on the number of floors and the services you are appointing. Also, we are free to change our pricing at the location if the property conditions are different from the estimation.
Whereas, for the commercial duct cleaning, the quotation is generally provided after the inspection and estimation of the space.
The access should be provided to the property at the time of services, or at the time of inspection or estimation. In case of customer’s availability at the time of appointment, he or she will be solely responsible for providing us with the access to their property. Electricity and running water must be available in the property at the time of services being performed.
If no other payments methods have confirmed, the customer is to make the cash payment before the beginning of the duct cleaning process. The customer also has to provide the card details, besides the confirmed method.
If the payment method has agreed as bank transfer, the customer is supposed to make the payments 24 hours before the service time, in case of no transfer, we hold the right to cancel the appointment. All card payments have to be secured within the 2 business days before the service by an authorised person. We have all the rights to cancel the appointments if the payment is not secured. A 2% transaction fee will be generated on card payment. The actual payments will be processed at the completion of services.
- The customers are free to make changes to appointment by calling us on (+61) 342 406 503 and informing our customer representative team. Or they can write us directly via email.
- No additional charges will be applied for changing the appointment date and time.
- My Duct Cleaner holds all the rights to cancel an appointment when the service is not secured.
- We shall also reschedule the service, or delay the service under inevitable circumstances.
If the customer is to cancel the appointment, it is necessary to inform us by calling us or dropping us an email mentioning the reference number, date of servicing, and address of appointment.
If the customer cancels the appointment in advance more than 1 day of the appointment date, no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of prepaid services, a refund is generated deducting the transaction fee (if any).
If the customer cancels the appointment in advance less than 1 day, a cancellation fee will be charged. The customer will be supposed to pay 50% of the total payment of the service in AUD, including GST. The cancellation fee will be covered to charge to accommodate our organisation expenses and administration.
The customers have to inform us about the cancellation at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
If the customer cancels the booking on the arrival of technicians/operator at the property, a call-out fee shall be charged of $180 to $200.
No Show/ Delay/ Inability to Provide a Service.
If the customer fails to notify us about the cancellation 1 day prior of the appointment, or cancellation at the spot on the time of services will result in 100% of a cancellation fee of the total payment of the service in AUD, including GST as the result of No Show/ Inability to Provide a Service.
And if our technicians fail to appear at your place within 2 hours of the scheduled time, without prior notice, or we are to cancel an appointment before the service time on the day of appointment under some inevitable circumstances, we provide 50% discount off the grand total of the service.
Changes At The Time of Service
If the customers want to make the changes in the services that were made at the time of booking, they are allowed to do so, they only have to the pay the additional charges for the services. The additional charges quotes for the payments may differ (higher or lower) from the previous quotes.
In case of disagreement of any party with the renewed charges, the service shall be cancelled without cancellation charges.
The customers are free to make changes in booking, cancel, reschedule the services without any cancellation or amendment charges. The only condition is, the customer has to notify us in advance at least before 1 day, the date of appointment. Contact us for more details.
The customers are not eligible to claim a refund after the completion of services and our technicians have vacated your property.
